I really can't stop talking about financial opp on PPP eh? HAHAHA...
This is because everything about life revolves around money... With the limited income we get every month, it is SO important to know and to learn how to manage our finance properly... Like I said in my last post of 2006, I am hoping that I could pay off my mortgage (home loan) as soon as possible, hopefully cutting off a big chunk of it by year end...

We have so many credit cards, to pay off this month too... You see, we normally use minimal, but because of the 'need' we sign to more credit card this month... More money to be transfered around my few available current accounts (including Rachel's savings and maid's salary) to make ends meet until my next salary comes in... (SIGH)... This is because, as I have mentioned, we spent A WHOLE LOT (double of what I normally spent every month) in the month of December only...

So, I guess the home insurance plan would have to hand on for a while...
For now, no buying cars, no signing on more liabilities, no more new secured loans or anything alike, until the financial status is stable again...
