You wouldn't believe how frustrated I am with the incompetencies of HLB!! All this recent experience thought me to start a bank account with a bank looking at the customer service that the bank provide instead of the interest rates they offer... I used to sign up with whoever that offers the highest rate instead, but now realise that the TINY difference doesn't really cover up the lack of customer service...

Co-operative bank actually provides current and savings account, and what I'm impressed most, is their ethical policy... If only the bank I dealt with comply to this, I wouldn't have to be as frustrated as I was the last month...
